Examine patterns of behavior. Its a series of if-then props. Given initial conditions, something happens. You get a description of the behavior of the system via a description of a sequence of states. You also have the playing out of a self organizing system. The concept of a self organizing system is a highly general conception. You can just give them what they want. You can tell them exactly what to think. Torture is unreliable. Its a series of if-then props. What component do they occupy in their system. Is it built right? Does it work as designed? Is information flowing through feedback loops? The producticized version. Does it work as designed? It "learns" in the same way a branching system "learns." If a person is talking about their situation, you can't know if you're getting an accurate statement or a self-advancing statement. We are intercellular structures within these bigger organisms. Not metaphorical. It is rational and ruthless and hardly anyone can understand it. These ideas are imminent in nervous activity. (1) You can tell the machine how to do the task.
